Check out the post below, about the Dulux paint Pod.

As i said then, i've still not used one but have a feeling it's a bit of a gimmick. Perhaps one of the decorators may suggest otherwise but i doubt it.

Cheers

I saw one of these earlier and saw special paint specicifically for the pod. Is this just normal paint that dulux can charge a few extra pounds for and can you use any emulsion paint in one of these pods? Rob

dont buy a paint pod!

I'm not planning on buying one. Just wanted to know if the paint was just normal emulsion and another rip off. I did a quick check on the internet to compare prices

Paint pod white emulsion £29.99 for 5lt = £6 per lt
Dulux white matt emulsion £24.99 for 5lt = £5 per lt
Dulux trade vynal matt £47.92 for 10 lt = £4.80 per lt

If Big Ad is right and it's the same, just thinned, you might need an extra coat which makes it even more of a rip off!
