How do you drain a Paloma PH-5-3F instantanous water heater?

Hi Richard,
You need to turn off the water supply, open the taps and remove the drain valve on the right hand side as you look at the unit.

Thanks Bob.The valve is very tight and i dont want to cross thread it so before I try again can you confirm that it is a normal thread (clockwise to tighten) and not a reverse thread?
